Proper bedding of new pads is critical for implementing them correctly and depositing a transferring friction layer on the rotors. This is to ensure adequate action and brake feel.

Before inserting caliper slider pins/bolts, it is essential to lubricate them with a high-temperature brake grease, which can prevent squeaking and corrosion.
Don't forget to make sure the anti-rattle clips or retainers are fully engaged in order to avoid future noise or pad movement issues.
Always remember that the pads should be correctly oriented - the friction material should always face the rotor/brake disk surface.
Pneumatic or C-clamp tool should be used to carefully retract pistons for two-piston sliding calipers, which can help to avoid separation issues. Meanwhile, a small amount of silicone-based grease should be applied to the pad backplate surface to reduce future squealing.
If the pad hardware like springs/clips get worn, they should be replaced to ensure the proper clamping force on the new pads.
When installing any screws or bolts that secure pads or caliper components, the correct torque specifications must be applied if available.
Besides, it should also be noticed that the rotor surfaces should be inspected for excessive wear, cracks, rust or deposits that could cause vibration, which should be resurfaced or replaced if needed.
Follow bed-in procedures outlined by the pad manufacturer to establish a proper friction layer and consistent braking. After the installation, check the pad-to-rotor clearance to confirm that there is no interference or dragging which could cause damage.
If any air has entered the system during piston retraction, don't forget to re bleed the brakes so that a firm pedal can be guaranteed.

next we confirm with the box supplier and they will give us final drawing.
Thirdly, we send you final drawing for you to check and then print it out. We will send color boxes to you for final confirmation
