Applications:

Before inserting the caliper slider pins/bolts, lubricate it with a high-temperature brake grease. This could reduce squeaking and corrosion.

When installing anti-rattle clips or retainers, make sure they are completely engaged. This way, future noise or pad movement issues can be avoided.

Make sure that the pads are properly oriented. The friction material should always be facing the rotor/brake disk surface.

If you need to retract pistons for two-piston sliding calipers, use a pneumatic or C-clamp tool to do it carefully and avoid separation issues.
